I was issued a citation for traffic infractions, the officer put me In handcuffs for what he called a penny warrant for driving without a license while he had my license in his possession. Which is a unjust "detainment" and the terry stop lasted over 20 minutes then he had a tow truck come tow my truck and told me he was storing my vehicle violating my fifth and fourteenth amendment rights of due process and rights protecting me from unreasonable search and seizure of my personal property.
