## Statement

Was raped in the bottom, tazered in my head with my hair being fried off. My neck is fractured C4 vertebrae in the front of my neck. MRI done at SRMH 10/27/2022 was released 10/24/2022. Evidence sent to Attorney General office in Sacramento CA.
