Statement

The officer violated my rights by stopping me on the highway pretending to be a tax collector and issuing me a citation for traveling in my vehicle on a public road there were no laws broken but the officer attempted to violate my natural and prerogative rights with a citation and has no authority to do so because I am not his subject nor do I owe a tax for use of the public roads in this great state. as any citation would constitute fraud and justification under title 18 USC subsection 241 and 242.
