Sheriff Shannon Dicus publicly stated that the alleged conduct was “alarming and inexcusable” and that it undermined the integrity and credibility of the department. For *Brady List* purposes, this matter directly affects officer credibility, firearms evidence integrity, gang-investigation reliability, stolen-property handling, abuse-of-authority risk, and the department’s internal ability to detect and disclose credibility defects within its own ranks.
