## Official Statement

> Harley was arrested in October 2023 after fellow officers observed signs of intoxication, including bloodshot eyes and a strong alcohol odor. He admitted to drinking before his shift and was cited for an open container in his vehicle. Harley’s plea hearing is scheduled for October 31, 2024.
